Terms of Service
1. Custom Orders
All products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you agree that:
- You are responsible for verifying all submitted details
- Custom items cannot be resold or restocked
2. Proof Approval
If a design proof is provided:
- You must review and approve the design before production
- Approval confirms that all spelling, layout, and details are correct
- Once approved, we are not responsible for errors
If no proof is requested, production will proceed based on your submitted design.
3. No Returns on Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement if applicable.
5. Intellectual Property & Customer Content
By submitting designs, you:
- Grant us permission to use the content to fulfill your order
- Confirm you have legal rights to the material
We are not liable for misuse of copyrighted or protected content submitted by customers.
6. Photo & Marketing Use
We reserve the right to photograph and display completed orders for:
- Portfolio
- Social media
- Marketing purposes
If you prefer your order remain private, you must request this at the time of purchase.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered misuse of payment systems. We reserve the right to provide order details, approvals, and communication records to Stripe to dispute fraudulent claims.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
9. Shipping
We ship via UPS.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
