Shipping & Processing
Each piece is carefully crafted to order using precision laser engraving. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking provided once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link, allowing you to monitor your delivery and stay updated on its progress.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Location
- Carrier delays
- Weather or seasonal demand
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to UPS.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement if applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- Contact UPS directly
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
